The Partnership program fee structure is as follows:
- • ONE TIME START UP FEE: This fee covers all start up marketing costs related with launching the new buyer programs with your organization.
- • Inclusion on our Builder Partners page
- • Co-branded materials for your sites
- • The latest marketing collateral to keep at each site to distribute to potential customers
- • TRANSACTION CONSULTING FEE: Whenever we execute a transaction with a buyer (We Buy Your House), we charge a transaction consulting fee to the builder. Our transaction fees are calculated as a percentage of the purchase price of your new construction home. Our standard transaction fee is 12.5% of the purchase price.
