The Details:
- Step 1: Once a customer has selected a potential new home, the customer submits a program application.
- Step 2: Forte Group performs a property analysis by using comprehensive market and comparable data to determine the current market value of the home.
- Step 3: A customized Forte Group Solution is established. This includes a listing strategy to maximize the sale price of the existing home and a guaranteed competitive market-based purchase price.
- Step 4: Sales and listing agreements are signed, and if purchasing a new construction home, the new construction can begin with the security that the existing home is sold.
- Step 5: Forte Group places the house on the market for up to six months using its customized listing strategy. During this time, a third-party buyer is found to purchase the existing home at maximum value to the customer.
- Step 6: If no qualified offer is made, Forte Group will purchase the house at the guaranteed price.
- Step 7: Customer moves up and moves in to the new home.
